We are looking for a highly experienced Office Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth running of the head office based in Basildon.RNW Group are a growing Facilities Maintenance company who have extensive experience in delivering maintenance services. Working with high street branded clients in multiple sectors such as Retail, Healthcare and the Food and beverage industries, we have a wide scope of offerings.

 

Your new duties

  • Greeting and signing in visitors, providing briefing on health and safety, signing out on departure
  • Controlling property access including yard and office (office hours)
  • Diary, Meeting and Room Management
  • Answer all external and internal callers and manage / distribute accordingly
  • Support the business; Accounts, Operations, Projects team with any adhoc administration duties
  • Manage an office finance budget for stationary and office equipment supplies
  • Book hotels and organise travel arrangements for the team
  • Monitoring and Managing stock, replenishment and distribution
  • Ensure that the office is kept clean and tidy (particularly the kitchen area) throughout the day
  • Provide hot and cold drinks to the team, visitors and guests, monitoring and replenishing each day

 

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel Skills (for providing weekly reports)
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • Strong IT Skills including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

Multi Skilled Engineer | Operations

Your new role

We are looking for several, experienced, multi skilled engineers. You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential reactive requests working on site our extensive client base

Your new duties

  • Respond to reactive repairs and breakdowns within set SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Strive to First Time Fix on all reactive jobs
  • Work collaboratively with the RNW team
  • Report further works required using RNW bespoke system App
  • Provide technical support to office staff and clients when required
  • To be responsible for the recording of parts used and diagnostics of each breakdown
  • Through continuous improvement, you will drive the move from a “repair culture” to an “improvement culture”, enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with statutory Health and Safety obligations at all times

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance
  • Full UK driving license
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices
  • Good time and diary planning skills
  • Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department

 We are expanding our Gas Safe Technical Team. You will undertake maintenance, repair, minor and major project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential client requests. SLA and KPI driven, you will be responding to jobs instructed by our Maintenance Coordinators and Project Managers.
